It never ends. Israel has reeled from one terror attack to another since March, 18 people were murdered in the 5 attacks in Beer Sheva, Hadera, Bnei Brak, Tel Aviv and Ariel.
This evening another attack was perpetrated by apparently two terrorists in the religious town of Elad, about a 15 minute drive from Petach Tikva. It is situated on the “seam line” between “pre-1967 Israel” and the Arab towns on the other side of the (now irrelevant) “Green Line”. Despite its geographical situation, it has largely been a quiet safe town. Not any more.
This evening the terrorists embarked on a murderous and savage assault on Israeli passersby as they were still celebrating or returning home from Independence Day outings in the local park. The terrorists used an axe and possibly a knife. The situation on the ground is still ongoing and reports are still coming in.

The Jerusalem Post reports:
At least three people were killed and four others injured in a terrorist attack in the Israeli city of Elad near Petah Tikva towards the end of Independence Day.
All three victims were men in their 40s.
Two of the victims aged 60 and 35 were seriously wounded and transported to Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer and Rabin Medical Center-Beilinson Campus sedated and intubated. Another 40-year-old male was moderately wounded and transported to Beilinson, and a 23-year-old male who fought with the terrorists was conveyed in mild condition to the hospital.
MDA Paramedic Alon Rizkan, who arrived at the scene and treated the victims called it “a very difficult call.”
Police were investigating the background of the incident and according to reports, the victims were injured by two men, one wielding an ax, in two different locations including near Elad Amphitheater Park.
Checkpoints were deployed along the city’s main roads while police searched by helicopter for a vehicle that was seen fleeing the scene.
The Elad Municipality asked residents to shelter in place.
Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz spoke with IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Aviv Kohavi following the attack. Israel Police Superintendent Kobi Shabtai arrived at the scene on Thursday evening.
The attack comes toward the end of Independence Day, with many families gathering outdoors to celebrate the country’s 74th anniversary on Thursday evening.
And as expected, the sickening and depraved reaction of Palestinians who celebrated this vicious murder – as they do every time an Israeli loses his life. They are utter perverts who deserve to burn in hell.

If our government keeps doing appeasement talks,or anything to “lower the flames”whilst rioting on the Har habayit(Temple Mount),and terror attacks continue,with sweets being handed out in Arab towns,nothing will change.We have to stop being scared of international reaction to any tough stand taken by our government and forces.Otherwise,people will take the law into their own hands,which is a lot worse.This is a town,where one of the 3 teenage boys was kidnapped and murderers, bringing on the start of the צוק איתן war.
It’s time to bring security back to the residents of Israel.
I truly believe that the time has come to revert to the policies of the 1950’s and mount reprisal attacks shooting, bombing and killing indiscriminately in the towns and villages from which these terrorists emerged. No more looking for needles in the haystacks, simply burn the haystack! These reprisals are meant as punishment and deterrence together. And when the world will condemn us, who cares, they condemn us anyway, so let’s just do it. But where are the “brave” politicians who will give the necessary orders, and where are the woke IDF leadership who will carry them out? I don’t see any……
So, we will lose.
Unfortunately I have to agree with you. All the talk and compromise and trying to be reasonable and targeted killings and preventative arrests have not stopped this cancer. The leaders need to be targeted and eliminated forthwith, and the residents of any town sheltering these terrorists need to be expelled. Where to? Let them go to Syria or Lebanon or put them on a boat instead and send them out to sea. Let the Europeans take care of them
